• No appointment is necessary.
• Just make sure your items are properly prepared (see our instructional video).
• You’re welcome to drop off during our regular business hours.
  Tip: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow enough time for processing.

We offer two convenient payment options:

• Account Credit: Use your account balance as credit toward in-store purchases.
• Check Request: If your balance is over $25, you can request a check at any time. For full details, please ask our staff in store!
